Who We Are
10DebtorEducation was established in 2009 to provide individuals emerging from Chapter 7 or Chapter 13bankruptcy with an opportunity to take their personal financial management course, mandated by the 2005 Bankruptcy Act, online to satisfy their debtor education requirement in the privacy and convenience of theirhome or other location of their choosing. We wanted to offer a “hassle free” alternative, but still maintain a quality course with sound information that can be used by individuals as they begin rebuilding their future financial success. We are committed to offering a course that is 
specifically tailored to the individual emerging from bankruptcy, using the bankruptcy experience as a means to launch into lessons in money management. Our course developers and teachers were the key to developing a curriculum that covers important and sound information in the wise use of credit and consumer protection.
